Otaviano Costa returns to TV in a reality show by SBT and Discovery

According to a press release, Otaviano Costa has a new home, and has signed a contract with SBT and Discovery to present the cooking competition “Cozinhe se Puder – Mestres da Sabotagem”. The premiere marks the return of Otaviano Costa to TV.
“It's great to be back on SBT, the home of great communicators, the station where it all started for me. And of course, doing a reality show with the amazing Discovery also makes me very excited. ‘Let’s go’ everyone to the kitchen!”, said Otaviano.

Otaviano Costa is a communicator with over 30 years of career. Having worked on the main broadcasters in the country two years ago, he decided to invest in the digital world. He built a 200m2 studio in Rio de Janeiro to produce the most varied types of content. That's how he created a program for the internet, broadcast on UOL, live. The project became a commercial success, establishing partnerships with major brands.

Otalab, his studio in Rio, was designed to be a cutting-edge studio. There, he also produces advertising campaigns and develops other projects. Increasingly in control of his career, Otaviano created Agência Family, with his wife, actress Flavia Alessandra, to lead their artistic and commercial decisions. All decisions are made by the two. Family connects with brands, agencies and agents that are in the market.
With Discovery Networks format, the program is a successful gastronomic competition and has already had 15 seasons produced in the United States, seven of which have already been shown in Brazil. In 2021, “Cozinhe se Puder – Mestres da Sabotagem” won its first national version and was shown on SBT, Discovery Home & Health and Discovery+.

It's a breathtaking series that reveals who the true Masters of Sabotage are. In each program, four cooks compete for a prize of up to 25 thousand reais. Competitors battle it out in three elimination rounds and only one of them leaves with the money in his pocket. In fact, with what's left of it.

During the competition there are several auctions of very unusual products and ingredients and the highest bidder will be able to sabotage a competitor. At the end of each tasting, chef Giuseppe Gerundino evaluates the dishes and chooses the worst, having no idea what happened in the kitchen.
