This Friday, January 7th, the EP “Casulo” arrived on digital music platforms, the first release of the label of the same name created by singer-songwriter Pitty, with the aim of, according to a press release sent to the press, launching productions that will happen in parallel with your solo work.
Both the EP and the label were named after a frame within the programming of her channel on the Twitch platform during the year 2021. In the program Casulo Musical, she received guest artists and created with them, right there on the spot and live. , unreleased songs. For her, something completely new and surprising.
“The creation process was so different, free, out of the ordinary, for me and for everyone who participated. I already enjoyed the sound of each and every one of them, and now I'm a fan of those people too”, said Pitty about the creation and composition of the songs on the album.
From these meetings, 4 tracks came out of the EP: “Diamante” (Pitty/ Drik Barbosa/ Weks), which won a clip that comes along with the EP, “Busca Implacável” (Pitty/ Badsista/ Jup do Bairro), “Diário” (Pitty/ Monkey Jhayam/ Mau/ Bruno Buarque/ Cris Scabello) and “Simplesmente Fluir” (Pitty/ Pupillo).
